Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese entrepreneur living in Orange County, California. With my wonderful partner JP and my jolly father Henry. Most people know me through my Instagram account @annephung, where I write about my experiences- the good, the bad and everything between. When I was 1 1/2 years old my family, me and my parents immigrated from the United States to America. If it weren't due to the dedication of my parents I might not even be here today sharing this life with people like you. As I knew I could be a successful person, I was determined to be successful and do my parents proud. My goal was to attend school to graduate, and then get a good job. After that, I was looking for an empathetic wife and children. The life I had planned for me did not turn out to be. 2013 was the year I realized it difficult to accept my job. While the pay and position was good however, I wasn't sure if it fulfilled me. It was more like I was just spending my time. When I began to navigate my way through a different direction in my career, I found that I was supposed to become personal trainer. I enjoyed exercise, I loved having fun, and I love helping people. In 2014, I launched my business on the side and in this 2021 will see me celebrating my 7th birthday. As an Asian female working in the field, there are a few of us. As an instructor, my aim is to motivate people to live a healthy and happy life by creating healthy and sustainable living styles that meet every person's individual needs and desires. Additionally, I want to encourage individuals to follow their goals and achieve all they wish to in life. When my work was taking off, I was struck by the greatest loss of my life to datethat of losing my mom. After an eight-year struggle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's currently resting in Heaven. I will never forget her and will always keep her in my thoughts as well as my heart. The lessons of life can be hidden from us however they are extremely useful. The death of my mother affected me greatly and I believe she gave me a second chance in life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. She had her chance to begin her new life as I was given the chance to lead living a happy and fulfilling life. In my 30's, it is the first moment that I feel as if I am alive. I share my life to you with the hope that you will resonate with my words and experiences so that you can feel secure knowing that you're not alone, for you to know that you are beyond capable of anything you set your mind to that true love exists that therapy is a necessity and normal as health is the best source of wealth. I pray that you live your life to the fullest and that you die without regrets, as death is the sole possibility that awaits the people in our lives.
